  1. Where did he find the rubber seals for this kind of car. I’m struggling to find those for R129 SL

  2. Would love to see a full show on your complete Mercedes Collection, these are awesome well built cars. You have an impressive collection and would love to see all of them in a show.

  3. I really appreciate the casual and informative nature of the show. It’s nice to have the cars described by Jay considering his passion for the hubby. Also appreciate the fact that the show is not interrupted by commercials saving valuable time for the viewer. I would be happy to pay for the content. Great job guys!

  4. I started a channel documenting the journey to getting an old MB that I saved from going to the junkyard back on the road i need your expertise please sub to my channel.I think you will like it thank you for inspiring me to embark on the journey.

  5. This car looks hideous without 4 doors. It's just a four door type car and doesnt look good being a coupe. Sorry

  6. As I recall the short-stroke 3.5s have the same sized valves as the 4.5, that plus higher rpm torque-peak cams gave a really spirited feeling engine. The coupes and cabriolets were a W111 chassis which looks like a 108 or 109 chassis but have slightly different contours.

  7. Some of the high end models have a country and a city horn.

  8. If the trunk needs to be slammed, the gasket may be installed wrong. Body shop guys had a tendency to misfit them into the slot, tilted up somehow. I used to have to redo them.
