Reigns was first diagnosed with the cancer of blood-forming tissues at the age of 22. He had a successful football career at Georgia Tech prior to it.
After his speech, he was met by fellow wrestlers Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins, the latter of whom was clearly struck by Reigns’s speech.
‘Reigns is taking his battle with leukemia public in an effort to raise awareness and funds for research in order to advance cures for the disease,’ WWE said in a statement.

I really became a big fan of his a couple years ago when him and Bray Wyatt had those series of matches. That's when I started becoming his biggest fan. I thought maybe he was coming to the ring to say he had a minor injury or something cause Roman never comes out in street clothes but she he announced that he had leukemia I teared up a little bit because I have lost a couple people in my family to cancer including 2 of my uncles in a 23 day period. Praying for him and his family not only as a fan of Roman Reigns the wrestler but for Joe Anoei the man and wishing a speedy recovery
