Lomachenko is so mentally on point and the training he does is so amazing to me. His dad changed the sport of fighting not just boxing I think. I see a lot of fighters doing these motor skill training and mental sharping techniques now. I think it is going to evolve combat sports forever. Not to mention this guy speaks great English! The man is a sharp all around.
