Chris Bell is a writer, director, and filmmaker known for the documentaries “Bigger, Stronger, Faster” and  “Prescription Thugs”. Mark Bell is an elite powerlifter and owner of Team Super Training Gym in Sacramento, CA. Together they are currently working on an untitled new project about food and health.


  1. It's crazy how joe looks like a normal dude with these guys on. Joe is like 5'8" and 195 lbs. That's pretty jacked, to me. I've gotta stop lifting like a girl.

  2. Grass fed beef can be a bit tough because the animal can actually walk around and use its muscles. Way more CLA as well. Just a better beef all around.
