I really don't think there needs to be another division. Just make lightweight, 160-161 and add 5 pounds to every other weight class.
Much respect to dan but the sport has changed so much you might wanna take some small fights in another promotion.

Dan "Hardly wrong" Hardy is usually on the money. Great analyst. Id say he and Cruz are the best in terms of prediction and breaking down fighters.
I agree with Hardy about 162 also. Its logical and it gives the lightweight division a chance to fight more and get title shots more.
