Legalize all drugs. I would even grant amnesty and allow existing gangs etc to be involved in a legit trade.

When i was about 8 there was this mexican lady and her son that used to go to our laundrymat at the corner. I used to run around the store with the kid, nomore than 3 years old. One day on fox 25 they report that there body's we're found in a dumbster cut up into peices. And this is in Brockton Massachusetts this is the east coast, theres been tons of murders since but this on inparticular fucked with me as a kid. To be far last year a Haitian mother stabbed her child to death for some "voodoo sacrifice" but suposdly she fucked up doing it the first time and went on to murder her other son. Shits crazy
sounds to me that mexican citizens need guns , & training on how to use them , this includes kids. they're gonna kill you , and or your kid if they get ahold of you , start fighting back. the people doing the kidnapping and murdering are just as scared of dying as everyone else , they just know the people they are taking advantage of are not armed.
