  1. Jujitsu counter to any takedown or throw: pull guard

  2. I am trying to get a tim tam because I train so regularly but I live in Ireland and the delivery cost is €140 on top of the 200. Does anybody know where I can get 1 without such a high delivery price

  3. Say Coach, I was wondering if you could tell me why there's a statue of Kali, the Goddess of Destruction, at the CERN headquarters in Geneva Switzerland?

  4. Teach a good wrestler jujitsu and put him in competition with a regular jujitsu.Wrestlers give up their back but bjj will lay on their back and if anybody knows bjj they will not engage but stomp the bjj that's on his back.Bjj does not work in a street fight and that is what Bruce lee was speaking of.

  5. Catch Wrestling has the answers that Firas says Jiu Jitsu is developing. He completely ignores Catch though.

  6. Haha forgot to press the button again. I am starting to think this is your normal intro. 😀 Happy Bday.

  7. Here is my argument for Catch as Catch Can. The most successful MMA fighters have been wrestlers. The reason is the ability to control where the fight takes place. The biggest weakness of wrestling (freestyle, folkstyle and Greco) is its of submissions. Catch has those submissions built right into the wrestling game. Further, it is more similar to MMA grappling because people will not play guard, they will try to get back to their feet. Catch was the original style and it was not created with time limits. Ultimately it is a better grappling art for MMA, I hope this can be proven in the future. Watch my friend and coach Jesse James Kosakowski in Bellator on 2/16, hopefully it can help prove the point.
