  5. Those two are having fun! Although wrestling is dangerous. They really need to be covered in bubble wrap to prevent injury…except that it would take the fun out of it.

  7. Can you please put training tips and clips for kids. Im a blue belt and I try to teach a little to my kids. They practice flag football and tennis and there is no bjj schools around that schedule

    I had a quick question. I know this is off topic but have been wondering about this for a while. Im 17 turning 18 soon and am wondering what does it mean to be a man? Could you please talk about perspective on this question.
