  1. I believe Joe Frazier was left handed. He fought orthodox and had a devastating left hook.

  2. Why do you have to be a certain stance? I constantly switch stances and feel equally comfortable with both sides at this point. Reasons why I'm the future sorry guys

  3. Going orthodox from being a right handed southie, opened a whole nother tool box for me. I used to wonder if incorporating orthodox hurt my southie stance but I sure do love to work with both.
Thanks coach & God bless you & yours & happy holidays šŸ‘

  4. I'm right handed and I originally trained Muay Thai as orthodox, but I have been training in southpath for years now. In the end, I can fight both sides just as well and train my takedowns from both stances, which makes my MMA much more versatile. My right hand is stronger in punching, so instead of having a strong cross, I have strong front hand hook, which is just as "lethal" and excellent in counterstriking. I recommend training both sides as well.

  5. As a southpaw I like fighting other southpaws more as I can land the lead hook easier and I can still land my left hand over the shoulder.
