Jon Jones won’t be as good vs Gustafsson…but DC vs Jones is still possible at heavyweight.

There is a lot of talk about Daniel Cormier retirement and speculation that he will face Jon Jones for the third time. But Chael Sonnen thinks Jones will have a tough night with Alexander Gustafsson but a possible fight with DC will only happen at heavyweight.

  1. Guss is gonna beat him this time. He won last time but he will definitively beat him this time. TKO 3rd round.

  2. great analysis as always, Chael! And I too think Gus won the first time around. This fight is going to be Epic! I highly doubt, however – that Jon Jones didn't full blast with all the juice in the world during his off-time, once a cheater always a cheater!

  3. DC's birthday is on March 20th. The last PPV before that is UFC 235, on March 2nd.
I'm curious to know why you said that is on March 6th.

  4. You can say that Jones may not look good but I ask you this, has Gus looked as good as he did…my answer is Gus has looked like shit without the play off and also has backed out of all his toughest fights since he fought Jones.

  5. fool me once ….. DC will never be able to sell that he can beat jones even if jones was caught cheating , especially to those who watches the first 2 and seen him lose, why pay the ppv to see it a 3rd time , and if he pulls it off itll be 2 1 and we will be stuck with another and by some miracle dc wins that , which is the same day jaysus christ is resurrected and walks through palestine , we will be stuck with another god dam fight " a rubber"match. come on
