At Golden Boy MMA 1, Chuck Liddell faced Tito Ortiz for the third time in their long-standing rivalry. While Ortiz looked fine given the circumstances, Liddell did not. In fact, despite Liddell’s status as an all-time great, there was little joy in watching the duo tangle at this age. In short, it was not an enjoyable experience. If sports isn’t that, it’s nothing.

The fight was a farce that should've never taken place. Chuck moved like he was trying for a part in a George Romero film, and it didn't take Ortiz long to see this and move in, and with Liddell's chin the way it now is, it was just a matter of time before Tito caught him. The really scary thing is, Chuck wanted to fight Jon Jones. Chuck, please quit this shit, while you can still talk.
Golden Boy now scouting talent at a geriatric clinic. Shame all the way around. Glad I didn’t buy it.
