  1. GOD BLESS YOU COACH! I might come Canada for a holiday and was wondering if its possible to pop in just to say Salam brother?

  2. I double it up as you’ve mentioned. It works quite well for me. It can be difficult to find 2 hours straight but I find it keeps the training interesting

  3. Firas I already asked it on another video in case you haven’t seen here is the question: Firas this question is not related to this video but I had an opportunity to fight in bellator on two weeks notice as my mma debut (against a bjj black belt that I have better striking then him)
I’m after 3 years of service in the army which means I only trains 3 times a week for the maximum time on the past 3 years at the beginning I said yes to the fight but then I got hesitated because the lack of training and the ring rust of 3 years of no competitions
I don’t know if I made the right decision what is your take on that
Btw I’m planning in the next couple of months train in tristar

  4. Learn wrestling only. Problem solved. Wrestling beats all.

  5. KHABIB vs GSP, let's talk about it! Who has advantage where. I LITERALLY don't know who would win this time. Unlike Khabib vs Conor or vs Ferguson.

  6. Coach Firas please answer me, what do you think of similar arts like bjj and judo, 3 days judo, 3 days bjj?

  7. Lets say you have wrestling practice on Monday and Thursday. Can I not have boxing on Tuesday Wednesday and Friday?
