He didnt get a world title run he did have an IC TITLE RUN USED 2 PUT BRET HART OVER AT WM8. THOUGHTS WERE HE DIDNT NEED THE WORLD BELT. HE SAID HIMSELF HE DIDNT WANT 1. PAT PATTERSON WHO WAS HIGH UP IN VINNY MACS CREW WAS AGAINST IT. PIPER SUPPOSEDLY CAUGHT HIM WITH 3 4 OR 5 UNDERAGE KIDS. ON SEVERAL TIMES. PIPER WAS ALSO HARD 2 DO BUSINESS WITH. HE HATED LOSING CLEANLY. WOULD ONLY DO IT 4 CERTAIN PEOPLE. THOUGHT CAUSE HE MAINEVENTED WM1 AND BOXES MR T AT WM2. HE THOUGHT HE WAS ON HOGANS LEVEL. HE WASNT. HE WASNT ON FLAIRS SAVAGE OR EVEN WARRIORS LEVEL. HE WAS LIKE A NOTCH BELOW THEM ALL. WAS HE A STAR. YES. BUT NOWAY WAS HE A HOGAN A FLAIR OR A SAVAGE
