You handle it by fucking firing her! She has no business being in the ring in that company in a time when the women are supposed to be able to wrestle. Her and her sister are relics of a bygone time who only got their jobs back because of who they were sleeping with. Fire them both and replace them with women who can actually fucking wrestle.
