Who was at fault…Max Holloway, Brian Ortega or the UFC?

  1. If you have a stipulation for opponents to possibly get changed at the last moment, then when it comes to a title fight the title should still be on the line. THE REAL TITLE, NOT INTERIM.

All I'm saying is the issue has to take into account the title, because in this case the opponent is the champion, and if the organization is going to play one way with the champ and then a completely different way with the challenger (i.e., the champ keeps the belt even if he doesn't show) then that's where the heart of the issue is.

  2. They can't do that Chael. You know fighters will get screwed over and over if the contract says (A) has to fight (insert name here) if (B) can't make it.
If Dana was pissed at (A) for some dumb reason then he'd make damn sure that (B) didn't show up so he could throw in someone that is a horrible match up for (A)
That's pretty much fighting fixing. And you know how salty Dana gets over the smallest shit. You know for damn sure he would do it too.
Best thing to do is have an alternate for big fights. Like if Max & Ortega are lined up to fight then have the #3 guy waiting in the wings just in case. Both guys know who the alternate is and can't complain if the original fighter they are supposed to face gets injured and the Alt steps in.
That's the only way it'll work

  3. It was Maxs fault… it wasn't his choice, it wasn't intentional, but the fight didn't happen because he pulled out… not really important though

  4. Go out and do your best against Fedor man 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻 I would wrestle f* him lol

  5. It's Max's fault because if he trained and had proper weight management this would never have happened. I'm sick of pussies fighting two weight classes below what their walk around weight is. That's why I feel GSP is the greatest because he never weighed into the next weight division and actually had to eat extra food just to meet the 185 weight class.
