  2. There is no carrier Chael that is going to replace your phone in the store because you have insurance. All the cellular companies use the same Insurance Company and pretty much the same process and if you don't like it put your phone on your homeowners insurance or don't use the insurance and just buy another one because you make a lot of money and you can afford it. Quit being a retard!

  3. Oh yeah and by the way I just had a phone replaced through the insurance on Verizon about 4 months ago and I paid the deductible and the phone was shipped to me overnight not in 7 days.

  5. Agree I dropped my phone and had full insurance for all eventuality and when I went to get the phone replaced I had to pay 50 pound to receive new phone ,pure nonsense
