  1. Most people can do what they need to do physically but don’t have the mental strength to push themselves to do it, it’s more than just thinking you can do it it’s believing and having the confidence to do it

  2. Finally, someone speaking the truth, all these fucking fighters and boxers saying it is 90% mental and 10% physical are talking out of their ass. I have also competed in sports at an amateur level and no matter how much I wanted to be better I only got better with practice. From my experience, it is without a doubt 80% physical at least… Chael keeping it real 💯💯💯

  3. It's a false dichotomy. Ever see a man in a coma run any miles? You can't pit the mind against the body. It's one giant organ. To not move is to not think, to not think is to not move. Meditation teaches you how to still your thoughts, right? What do they demand of your body? Keep it still. There is no jogging meditation.

    You have to have a strong mind set to reach your goals, but without acting upon them, its impossible. listen to:
