I looked at the end very closely. EXACTLY as the first punch lands, ref yells TIME! Second punch came well after. Ok so maybe you can forgive the first punch but not the second. Under Sonnen's rule update, the second punch was totally illegal… A horn sounded, ref yelled time and after both, another puch lands… Disqualification no doubt.
